Hello Wynne,

Thank you for interest in Thermage. Thermage is a one time treatment. It can however be repeated for more effect or years later for maintenence.

The effects are lasting. We usually state that facial Thermage lasts 2-3 years but more appropriately; if you have Thermage you will continue to age as we all do but you will still look better 2-3 years later than if you did NOT have Thermage treatments.
